I thank God for your existence in this world. You are such a beautiful and extravagant individual. It doesn’t even matter if I know you or not. There is an opinion of you that is more important than what I think about you. There is an opinion of you that is more important than what other people think of you. Don’t listen to the lies of this world. I know that there is so much noise around you. Noise. Lies. Noise. Lies. Perhaps we should all try to get away from it and enjoy silence. Rest in the silence and re-establish yourself back to the one who created you.

Are you worried that you aren’t good enough? You don’t have to be. You are more than enough. You are more than what your resume says about you. You are more than the GPA that you earned or didn’t earn in school. You are the creation made by our loving God. He made every cell in your body. He lives in the breaths that you take as you read this and as I type these words. He knows everything about you, even the number of hair strands you have or don’t have. He knows what you’ve done, what you’re doing, and what you’re going to be doing … especially the things you try to hide, yet He still loves you.

I was especially grateful for this unconditional love. It is what empowers me to this day. It is what helps me live in this chaos. What helps you live? What makes your life worth living… because I know your life is precious, every life is precious in its own unique way. Don’t keep your head down, look around you — there are gifts to each day.
